Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love how you feel with DialN™—but we also know not every product works the same for everyone. If you need to return your order, we’ve made the process simple and clear.

🛡️ Return Eligibility

We accept returns of unopened products within 30 days of delivery, as long as:

  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The safety seal is intact and unbroken

Due to the nature of ingestible products, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items under any circumstances.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

  • Free trial items (e.g., the single shot)
  • Products marked as final sale
  • Items not purchased through our official store

📦 How to Start a Return

To request a return, please reach out to our customer support team via our Contact Page with your order number. We'll provide an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization), which must be clearly written on the outside of your return package.
Returns sent without an RMA may not be accepted.


🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.


💰 Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank or credit card provider.
