Shipping Policy

We currently ship to all U.S. states and territories. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and shipped from our U.S.-based fulfillment center.

📦 Delivery Times

Once your order is processed, shipping typically takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location. You’ll receive an email with tracking info as soon as your order ships.

Please note: Shipping times may be affected by holidays, high demand, or carrier delays.

🛠 Order Processing

  • Orders are fulfilled Monday–Friday, excluding major U.S. holidays.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
  • If we are experiencing high order volume, processing may take an additional day.

🚚 Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected service and location. We may occasionally offer free or discounted shipping promos, which will be applied automatically at checkout when available.


📫 Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update once the carrier scans your package.


❗ Shipping Issues

If your order is marked as “delivered” but hasn’t arrived, please:

  • Double-check your delivery address
  • Look for notices from the carrier or neighbors
  • Contact us within 7 days so we can help investigate

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect addresses entered at checkout
  • Carrier delays or errors once the package has shipped
